Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and wyn8 ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the wyn8 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other medium — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the wyn8 platform. Continued use of the wyn8 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to register and use the wyn8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or local regulation that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.
• Not having had a previous wyn8 account closed due to a terms violation.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not experiencing untreated gambling problems or currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

Wyn8 reserves the right to request eligibility verification documents at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

Registering a wyn8 account is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and mobile phone number.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account.
• Any activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven to have resulted from negligence on the part of wyn8.
• You must notify wyn8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Wyn8 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be approved. Required documents include a valid copy of your national ID or passport, as well as proof of current address. The wyn8 KYC process is designed to be completed quickly and easily through the platform.

Deposit:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated.

Members are required to adhere to the following standards of conduct when using the wyn8 platform:

• Not engaging in any form of collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

Any disputed game outcome will be reviewed by the wyn8 technical team based on server records. Server records are final in all dispute cases.

Wyn8 conducts continuous security monitoring to detect and prevent all forms of fraud, money laundering, and suspicious activity. The wyn8 fraud detection system operates automatically around the clock.

• Any activity suspected of being fraudulent will result in the immediate suspension of the account while an investigation is carried out.
• Wyn8 reserves the right to hold funds in any account under investigation until the investigation is concluded.
• Confirmed cases of fraud will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and wins.
• Wyn8 will cooperate fully with legal authorities in investigations related to financial crimes.

The wyn8 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While wyn8 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, wyn8 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical errors.

• Wyn8 is not responsible for any losses caused by service interruptions, technical issues, or internet connectivity problems on the user's end.
• Wyn8 is not responsible for a member's personal decision to participate in any game or betting activity.
• Wyn8's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Wyn8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential damages or loss of profits.

Members may close their wyn8 account at any time by contacting the wyn8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with the relevant terms.

Wyn8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• The member violated any provision of these Terms.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Information provided during registration was found to be inaccurate or false.
• The member failed to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• There is abnormal betting activity or activity suspected of being system abuse.
• The member violated any applicable laws or regulations.

Wyn8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the wyn8 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Wyn8 will endeavour to notify members of material amendments via email or in-platform notification where possible. However, it is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest version.

• These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
• Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
• The invalidity of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
